Do One Thing. Or Get Buried.

Most people lose on YouTube because they try to do too much.

Business tips. Then a mindset video. Then a collab. Then a podcast. All different audience types…They think variety shows personality. It doesn’t.

It shows confusion to the viewer and the algorithm. Serve one audience with one thing.

YouTube doesn't reward range. It rewards clarity and focus. Do one thing and do it exceptionally well.

Here’s what I’ve learned growing channels across industries:

  • One topic. Not five.

  • One goal. Deliver value to one specific audience.

When you lock that in, growth compounds fast, because now the algorithm knows exactly who to show your content to and viewers know exactly why they should stick around.

The biggest channels aren’t the most talented.
They’re the most focused.

Stop mixing. Start compounding like a boss!

  • Pick one thing.

  • Do it better than anyone else.

  • Repeat until it breaks.

Then and only then earn the right to evolve.

If you want to do other things, do other channels!
